JASON MULCOCK
MPLANES founder Jason Mulcock started his career at British Airways after having completed an Engineering Degree in the UK. Here he drove efficiency and cost reduction initiatives on the fleet of Boeing 747-400s and assisted in the introduction of the Boeing 777. With his team of 60 engineers he was responsible for the punctual operation of all long haul fleets including Concorde where he learned about the intricacies of supersonic flight. British Airways encouraged ‘thinking out of the box’ which is a trait Jason has used to great effect ever since in his managerial positions and in his daily life.
After eight years with the airline he subsequently turned his attention to business aviation and joined the commercial department of a Major Dassault Falcon Service Center in Geneva. Four years later in 2003 he became CEO to lead the company through a major restructuring to ensure its future profitability as an Authorised Dassault, Hawker Beechcraft and Pilatus Service & Sales Center. As Accountable Manager, he had to balance the requirements of aviation legislation with customer expectations and of company shareholders. The company was bought by RUAG in 2007 and is now Dassault owned.
MPLANES was founded in 2009 and is based in Geneva, Switzerland, one of the major business aviation hubs of the world.
FLORENT FELTRIN
Having obtained his Bachelor degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Perpignan, Florent Feltrin started his career as an avionics technician at Dassault Falcon Service followed by the position of Team Leader at IBM France managing their fleet of Falcon 2000s.
There followed a move to Switzerland where Florent joined Dassault Falcon Authorised Service Center TSA Transairco (RUAG from 2007) as Technical-Commercial Manager coordinating client requests and production on Falcon, Hawker Beechcraft, Citation, Learjet & Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. His enthusiasm, drive and managerial skills earned him the post of Logistics and Technical Support Director, where he transformed the methodology of maintenance management and contributed to the successful turnaround of the company. Soon afterwards, he was given the added responsibility for maintenance sales. In 2010 Florent joined Jet Aviation as Regional Sales Director where he successfully generated over 60 million Euros worth of maintenance contracts for the company.
In 2015 Florent joined StandardAero responsible for airframe and engine maintenance sales for their global network.
Florent became a Partner at MPLANES in September 2019
KRISTIN SIEGERT
Kristin discovered her passion for aviation at the age of seven when her father used to take her to Hamburg’s airport to watch the aircraft take off. As soon as she was old enough, she applied to be a flight attendant and flew for Aero Lloyd in their fleet of Airbus A320 and McDonnell Douglas MD-80 Series aircraft.
After moving to the UK in the 1990s, she joined British Airways and learned the art of ‘Exceeding Customer Expectations’ with the Worlds Favourite Airline, a quality she has continued to nurture and which guides here professional principles.
In Geneva in the 2000s she worked in Customer Services for Jet Aviation and Swissport and then joined MPLANES in 2009 initially as back office manager and then as Key Accounts Manager.
